NEGOTIATIONS FOiR RELEASE. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) Received 12.G0 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Sept. 26. The Zenana Missionary Society announces that the Rev. C. I. Branchett has departed from Canton for Kivelien to negotiate for the release of the New Zealander Miss Blanche Tobin who was captured by Chinese bandits.
