Despite General Her tz-og’s declaration that the advocacy of republicanism would mean a disruption of tne Nationalists, two clergymen of the Dutch Church are leading the extremists. The country was astonished to-day when Mr. Allen, a prominent Labour member of Parliament, announced himself as being in favour of Republicanism, adding* that the country would probably .adjust pursuit of the secession object to tne exigencies of the time.
