Itulv and Albania, having exchanged cordial notes following Ahmed Zogu’s accession to the throne of the latter country, Albania is hoping that- the monarchical regime will ensure a closer association and a continuity of the alliance, to which Albania will always remain faithful, consulting Italy in all matters, especially regarding the Balkans. . . Italv has replied promising taitmulness to the alliance and consultation in questions of lonimon interest, particularly concerning the Balkans.
