Received 1.55 p.m. to-day. HONOLULU, Aug. 14. Australian and New Zealand delegates participated prominently in a discussion on suffrage at the PanPacific Women’s Conference.
Mrs. Rischbeith, in leading the discussion, pointed out the desirability of utilising the existing political institutions instead of attempting to create new ones.
