DEPOSITING THE DOCUMENTS PAPERS TO BE SENT TO WASHINGTON. (Australian Press Association United Service.) Received 11.50 a.m. WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 An agreement has been reached between the nations participating as original signatories to the treaty outlawing war that the treaty and all instruments of ratification and adherence should be deposited at Washington. Air Kellogg announced on Monday that as a result of fifteen Powers signing the treaty in Paris on August 27, they will send to Washington documents certifying to the ratification by their respective constitutional requirements. The treaty will not be effective until the documents are deposited with the United States.
