The New South Wales Government has decided to amend the Advances for Homes Act. whereby the Governmerit Savings .Bunk will -help people to build their own homes, the provisions for which have been liberalised. Borrowers will now be able to obtain loans up to £IOOO instead of £750. in addition to securing up to 90 r:e- cent of the value of the securin'. Loans will be restricted to apnlieants with incomes up to £SOO.
