Mootings of the Parliamentary parties were held to-day to discuss an invitation from the Canadian ibraneh of the Empire Parliamentary Association. As the itinerary involves leaving this month and returning in October, it is probable that the Dominion will ,be represented by members of the Upper House who are now abroad, as .they return through Canada.
