NAVAL AVIATORS
TRAINING SCHOOLS; IN JAPAN. (United. Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) -United Service). .Received 1.15 p.m. to-day. TOKLO, July 4. It is learned that the new naval budget totalling fifty-five million yen, will include an item of one hundred thousand yen for the establishment of a training school for naval aviators, students of which will be boys under conscription ages.
