SUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) Received 1.20 p.m. to-day. NEW YORK, July 4. A message from Niagara Ealls says that John Laussier, a French Canadian resident of Spring, Massachusetts, went safely over the Niagara Falls in a steel framed rubber ball to-day.
