The Methodist Chiiireli anniversary was held last Sunday, when special services were preached by 2Vlr D. Shersen and Rev. H. O'. Orchard. There were good _ con,gregntions at both services. Tlniisi evening (Tuesday) a tea and concert is to he (held in the Auroa Hall and the ladies are buisy with arrangements, proceeds of same go towards the trust funds o.r the church.

_ Thei church fliiasi been renovated inside and out, and looks spick and span. The “flu”, epidemic is still in our midst, although dying down. On the Oeo Road people had a. bad run, hut most are well or on the way to recovery. In Auroa there are yet several cases.
