FOE SOUTH AFRICAN' MINES. LIMITATION OF RECRUITING CRITICISED. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) Received 11.25 a.m., to-day. CAPETOWN, June 25. Ali-. Eddas, president of the chamber of Mines, in his speech at the annual conference, severely criticised the Mozambique Agreement, whereby the natives who were to he recruited were reduced bv thirty thousand annually. * He said that is was clear that unless Q source could be discovered elsewhere to fill the gaps, the position at the mines would become extremely serious.
