The Magistrate, Mr. Page, has deli,ered his judgment in the case of .Stewart, who sued the Federated Cooks and Stewards’ Union for £25- damages ! ;e: anse he was refused readmission to the union after serving a term of imprisonment for theft, The Magistrate ound that the plaintiff’s claim must fnil and judgment was entered for the union with costs.
