LONDON, June 16. Four people were killed and several were seriously injured in a Hying boat accident at Margate fair when the front stay of a boat named the Alan Cobham broke when at the highest point. The six occupants' chiefly middleaged, were llung headlong in all directions among the merrymakers. Three were killed instantly and another died in hospital. Numbers of children ana others were knocked down and trampled in the ensuing panic.
