The- King has sent the mother of who died recently after being born in Leeds Maternity Hospital, a cheque for two guineas. The King’s bounty could not bo. granted owing to the death of the babies. Air. W. IT. Dunk-ley, who modelled a new sort of perambulator on the tramcar principle, and sf> rendered a o-reafc service!? to- babies, has died in Birmingham. r He was a prominent member of the Salvation Army.
