VANCOUVER, June 2.‘ Policy-holders tnroughout Canada are affected to the extent of several millions of dollars through the voluntary liquidation of the Dominion Gresham Guarantee Casualty Company, of Montreal. The statements of officials in Eastern Canada indicate that the failure- is toe sequel to proceedings instituted by the Government to confiscate 2,000,000dollars’ worth of 1 Kinds deposited by the company Tor liquor shipments. At the recent Customs investigation counsel argued that many bonds should he forfeited through irregularities in -shipments.
