The statements of officials in Eastern Canada indicate that the failure- is toe sequel to proceedings instituted by the Government to confiscate 2,000,000dollars’ worth of 1 Kinds deposited by the company Tor liquor shipments. At the recent Customs investigation counsel argued that many bonds should he forfeited through irregularities in -shipments.
