CAMPAIGN ENDS IN FIGHT.

BERLIN, May 19. One was killed and numbers .were injured as the result or a fight between National Socialists anil Fascists, wherein stones, sticks and beer mugs were the weapons. The police were temporarily powerless. It was strange that this disturbance should, have occurred on the eve ot the polls atteY a campaign that has been unprecedentedly quiet Some experts express the opinion that only 50 per cent will vote to-day. There are 3l parties and 4509 candidates, whereof 400 are women. Nobody expects a transference of a votes sufficient materially to alter the political situation. It is certain that no party will have a majority and a coalition is inevitable.
In any case a continuance of • Dr. Stresemann’s policy is regarded as assured. There has been no whisper of Kaiserism. 4
