SHORTAGE OF MINISTERS.

PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN NEW SOUTH WALES. MEN, NOT MONEY, WANTED. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN PRESS ASSOCIATION.) SYDNEY, May 18. An acute shortage of ministers was a complaint made by the Rev. D. J. Flockhart in presenting the report of the Home Mission Committee' of the Presbyterian General Assembly. He added’: “It is sadl to think that the Presbyterian Church hats lost its grip on the State. It is a question of men, not money. If these conditions continue the church will have to go out of business.’’ The report stated that 28 charges were without ministers, and fully 40 additional ministers were required.
