HOW TO KEEP FIT.
Eat moderately, masticate your food thoroughly. Let at least -five hours elapse between meals. Drink a glass «f water when you first get up in the morning. Take a regular outdoor exercise every day. Keep your bowels regular by taking Chamberlain’s Tablets when -required and you will soon be .fit as a -fiddle. Sold everywhere.— Advt
