On the'application of the chief-de-tective a remand until May 23 was granted. Hail for accused was granted, £l5O and two sureties of £75. 'Counsel also asked for an order suppressing accused’s name. Mr. Riddell, S.M., said counsel need not put forward any grounds in support of the application for suppression. He proposed to order suppression pending further proceedings.
