The memorial will cost £330,000, of Avhieh £250,000 has been subscribed. The site covers seven and a half acres of land, which will premde accommodation for 600 men and women students, Avho Avill liA-e in hostels. The buildings Avere designed by Sir Giles Scott, the architect of Liverpool Cathedral.
