UPHELD BY SUPREME COURT. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Received 10.40 a.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, April 23. The Supreme Court, has upheld the constitutionality of the Washington State- alien land law which bars persons unable, to qualify for citizenship from owning land in the State.
