At Coburg, Colonel J- A. Currie, a member of the Ontario Legislature, and former commander of the Eighteenth Battalion of the Canadian Expedlhollar v Force, was this morning removed from court by the- sheriff’s officer by or der of Justice Rose, w lien (xeneiril Currie’s alleged libel suit lifts resumed. The colonel insisted on addressing! the court, but was refused an opportunity to make a statement.
