HOLIDAY ACCIDENTS.
NUMEROUS FATALITIES IN ENGLAND.

LONDON, April 9. The main roads have been crowded with motor traffic and numerous fatalities have occurred during the holidays. There was a shocking accident a* Howling, Dumbartonshire, where u three-wheeled motor-car was smashed in a, collision with a motor omnibus. A man, a woman an dtwo eight-months-old children were kited. The three-wheeler had attempted to cross in front- of the omnibus. The driver of the car was pinned to his seat- and was instantly killed. The three other occupants were pitched on to the road, tire woman being killed while the babies were still clasped in her arms. TOLL IN AUSTRALIAN CITIES. SYDNEY. April 9. Numerous motoring accidents in the holidays resulted in two deaths in the country and many injuries. Eight kil’ed and 28 injured, chiefly in motor collisions and can-sizes, was tb % toll for the holidays in Melbourne.
