JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCJIATTON.) GISBORNE, March 31. At the Supreme >.curt the judgment of Mr. Justice Ostler in the case of De Pelichor,, McLeod and Coy. versus William Douglas Lysnar was delivered. The claim was for £3OOO on a guarantee allegedly given by the defendant to cover a credit at Gisborne on behalf of his brother. The court gave its decision in favour of plaintiff for the full amount and for interest at 74 per cent. CUSTOMS DUTIES AT DUNEDIN. DUNEDIN, March 31. 'Customs 1 revenue for the year shows a decrease on the previous year, the figures being £812,913 against £873,513. 'The beer duty was £230,129 against £232,166.
