KAPONGA WINS SEMI-FINAL.

At the Te Ngutu court® on ‘Wednesday last, after a keenly contested match to "decide the semi-final position in the East Egmont competition, Kaponga ran out winner® against St. Joseph’s (Eltham) by 13 sets and 109 games to 11 sets and 105 games. The games were very close, and the result was in doubt up to the last. Ivaponga now play off 'with Otakeho (winners in the Western Division) on a daet to be determined by the executive.
