HEARD AT SEA. REPORT FROM STEAMER. IBY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. | WELLINGTON, March 30. The Post Office states: A radio message reported that the steamer City of Edinburgh, heard an aeroplane engine yesterday morning, though the machine could not be seen. The vessel is on her way to Brisbane and her position at the time was near Norfolk Island.
