Is the objection to daylight saving so widely held as newspaper correspondence would suggest—or is there in this district, of South Taranaki a large but silent body of opinion in favour of the continuance of .summer time ? Mr Sidey claims that it has operated smoothly and finds favour with a majority of the people in New Zealand. What do you think? You need not write a long letter to inform HS —just fill in the coupon below and return to the Editor endorsed “Daylight Saving.” Remember, though summer time ends to-morrow, the Act will come before Parliament next session for confirmation or repeal, and this may be the only opportunity you will have of showing members of Parliament which course the people of South Taranaki—farmers and townsfolk—favour.
