MOTORIST FINED £2O. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 28. Ernest "William Armstrong, an insurance agent, aged 47, was fined £2O and his license was suspended for six months, for being drunk while in charge of a car.

AUCKLAND, Feb. 28.
Eighteen men concerned iix the goslow policy at AA'estfield freezing works, admitted a technical breach at the Police Court. Each was fined £T.
