Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, Feb. 27. The American Federation cf Labour estimated that five hundred thousand men and women, comprising over onesixth of the total union workers in the United States, are unemployed. Chicago alone of twenty-three cities, shows a. decrease in the unemployment, which is most severe in the East.
