B ! ryce, rider of Gold Jacket, took hold of Luvan’s rein on the near side ami stopped her about 50 yards* from the post at the finish of the Railway Handicap on Saturday. A. Bryce emphatically denied the allegation, Yvhile the chief stipendiary steYvard, Air H. DaYry, said he did not sec the incident. It YY’as decided to take no action.
