FELL BENEATH LORRY.
YOUTH CRITICALLY INJURED. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 GISBORNE. Jan. 10. While a lorry laden with wool was proceeding to Gisborne from Ngatapa to-day a mishap occurred to the gcj ll '- A younger brother of the driv-er, TVillinin' Edward Leslie, 15 years of age, held the gear in place for -some- time, but while the lorry was turning a bend a tyre blew out. The lad jumped and t'he* lorry passed over him. He -sustained a Iraotu-red skull, a- fiuntuned pelvis and a broken arm. He is in a critical condition.
