MISSING SEA CAPTAIN.

The Gazette says Scotland Yard officials are searching for Captain Arthur Robert James Cant, who arrived at Dublin from New Zealand to take over the New Zealand Government steamer Maui Romaic and who subsequently went to Liverpool owing to a revision of the plans. Since then he lias not been seen.
