The totalise tor handled £75,679, compared with £77,822 last year, the total for the meeting being £394,487, compared with £356,425 last year. A complaint lodged by J. S. Barrett, the owner of. Count Oavour, alleging foul riding by R. Reed, rider of Star Stranger, in the Auckland Racing Club Handicap yesterday, was further considered 'by the stewards to-day. The decision was than the charge was not sustained by the evidence.
