Received 12.50 p.m. to-day. MOSCOW, Dec. 29. It is reported from Odessa that the Italian Vice-Consul (Signor Kozlio), a bachelor, was flendisbly murdered, supposedly by bandi,ts. Rozlio was of the quietest disposition. He left home at dusk, was apparently waylaid in a lonely spot", and bludgeoned. Every stitch of clothing was removed, and the thieves even pulled out gold-filled teeth and a gold dental plate.
