Canada’s .total trade for 1927 was estimated approximately at two billion throe hundred and thirty-eight million dollars. This represents an advance ot forty-seven mil lion® over 1926. The imports increased by eighty-two million dollars and the exports decreased by thirty-five millions. The favourable trade balance will be approximately one hundred and fiftyeight millions, as compared with two hundred and seventy-five millions in 1926.
