The Communist Congress finally expelled Trotsky, Zinovdeff, Bukovsky, Kamenef? and Radek. Ninety-five others, all Trotskyites, were warned that they would be considered counter revolutionaries. The Congress unanimously praised the check ogpu, which will continue to clear out. enemies as formerly.—“ Sydney Sun” cable.
