"While riding a bicycle oil the Auroa Road near Awatuna on Thursday evening Leslie Trema.in, aged about 20 years, son of Mr R. Tremain of Auroa. experienced a full and was picked up unconscious at about 7.30 p.m. A head wound was dressed by Mrs Alty, ot Awatuna, and Mr A. Parkes conveyed the injured man to Kaponga. He was •subsequently taken to the Hawera Public Hospital where lie regained consciousness and was reported this morning to he making favourable progress.
