The track was iin isp'iemdid condition. Results were:— WAITUNA HURDLES. Of 200 sovs. About lj miles. 3 Mister Gamp 1 1 Ponri 2 7 Star Area 3 All started. Won by a neck, three lengths between second and third. AORANGI TRIAL PLATE. Of 150 sovs- Six furlongs. 1 Broad Acre 1 1G Courageous 2 2 Plane 3 Scratched : Roy<! Black. Card Trick. Won bv half a length, a length between second and third. Time, 1.16 1-5. FEILDING CUP. Of 400 sovs.; 1} miles. 5 Joy Bird 1 2 Euphonium + 3 Wanderlust t 4 Novar 4 tDead heat. Scratched: Rowley. Won by two lengths. Time, 2.10 4-5-KOWHAI HACK. Of 150 sovs. Seven furlongs. (First Division.) 1 Royal Acre 1 10 Mandarinee 2 7 Tone • Scratched: Hinekatorangi, won by a neck. Time 1.30. (Second Division). 3 Vigilance 1 4 Some Lad 2 5 Powhiri 3 Scratched: Archon. Jemidar and Arepeta. "Won by a length. Time 1.30 3-5.
