TO-DAY’S SITTING. CIVIL CLAIMS DEALT WITH. The fortnightly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court lit Hawera was commenced before M. J. S. Barton, S.M-, this morning. In undefended judgment summons im cooed in o.s. Joe Munson wa.s ordered to pay £8 4s and costs, 15s 6d to the Farmers’ Co-op, forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment; H. Burke was ordered to pay £l6 2-s and £1 Is costs to C. W. Curtis forthwith, in default 18 days.
