The Riga correspondent of “The Times” states that the Soviet has published cables from Air G. Lansbury and also from Air Coates, secretary of the Anglo-Russian Parliamentary Committee, promising to protect the Soviet s interests against the Government, which is doomed to a crushing defeat at the coming election. —‘ ‘ Times. ’ ’
