Close on the heels of a suggestion from the section of the coal owners that there should, he a reduction in the miners’ and subsistence wage owing to two years heavy Josses, the Lancashire and Cheshire Miners’ Federation is demanding the cancellation of the present agreement. The matter is expected to be discussed at the national conference in November. Though me veneration is impoverished, some of the men are tad-k- ---- Q f another national stoppage.
