Beaming sensational journalism for the recent suicide epidemic throughout the whole country, the new police president has 1 prohibited newspapers from publishing news of suicides in the first news page. Such items must bo tucked away on other pages without headings. Photographs- of suicides are entirely prohibited. Transgressors against this order will be heavily punished.
