OUTLAWING WAR
POLISH PROPOSAL ACCEPTED.
DISARMAMENT COMMISSION WHAT TS PROPOSED. (BY TELEGRAPH - —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GENEVA, Sept.. 19. The Third Commission, dealing with disarmament, accepted the Polish proposal outlawing war.
The Polish proposals, as amended, were: ‘ ‘ All wars of aggresison are to remain prohibited. The Assembly has declared it obligatory that members of the League conform with this principle; wherefore the Assembly calls on members of the League to conclude nonaggression pacts, inspired by the idea that all pacific means ought to be employed to settle mutual differences, whatsoever tlieir nature.”
