Goy’er, whome the Soviet alleged had been executed as a British spy, lias been identified as having been a Finnish sailor, formerly a Tsarist secret service man, and subsequently a prominent Cliika agent in European countries. It is believed that be was not executed, but was resuming work for the Ghika under a new name, despite the fact that is is known that he sold Soviet secrets abroad. —A.P.A. and ‘‘Sun.”
