ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

A MAN ELECTROCUTED.

(BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, iSept. 14.

While playing about on the town belt yesterday afternoon, a iboy named Gwynne came across the body of a man lying about ten feet from one of the pries carrying electric cables. Inquiries disclosed that 'the man was named Thompson Thomas Faulkner, of No. 7 John Street. Death had been caused by electrocution, one of his hands and one shoulder being badly burnt. A length of galvanised fencing wire was ceiled round the body and the loose end must have come in 'contact with a high tension line. It was stated that the deceased had been suffering for some time with asthma.
