At Los Angeles, following the (Su : preme Court decision that the Elk Hills and Pearl Harbour oil leases were obtained through fraud, the Doheny interests paid the Government 13,900,507 dollars for the extraction of oil, thus virtually ending the litigation. —A.P.A. and “Sun.”
