ITALIAN EDITORS’ COMPLAINT. RV CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 1.25 p.m. to-day. GENEVA, Aug. 25. The editors and publishers of five of the biggest suppressed Italian newspapers sent a memorandum to the Press Conference characterising the peacetime censorships as the greatest menace to international understanding, which was proved by the persecution ■of the Opposition and Liberal Press in Italy.
