The Minister of Justice has ordered the police to occupy the Communist headquarters, and has air-rested the chairman of the Communists; and the editor and sub-editor of the Communist newspaper in connection with -a proclamation published on June 28, addressed to the British naval squadron at Oslo. The proclamation strongly attacked Great Britain, and cai'iled upon the mein to refuse to fire on the workers_ of other countries, and to follow Russia’s example of pointing -the guns against their capitalist masters.
