ALLEGED FORGERY. (BY TTirF.GP-APfT-PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, June 21. Thomas Hughes, aged 30, a resident of Auckland, was brought back from Sydney b- the Mamma to-day to answer a charge of forging a cheque for £3OO on the Bank of New South Wales at- Auckland. He appeared in the Sydney Centra' Court on June 16 and was remanded to Auckland.
