SWEPT BY CYCLONE
A DUTCH PROVINCE.
SUFFERS DISASTER,
TWO VILLAGES DESTROYED

The Dutch villages Eibergen, Neede, Liefe-lde and Beltrum were the centre of a cyclone which swept the province of Gelderlond yesterday afternoon. The latter two were totally destroyed, and in the four places alone several hundreds of houses were levelled to the ground.
The telephones and telegraph services. are interrupted over a wide area and troops are proceeding there to assist the inhabitants.
A factory collapsed at Neede, burying the workers and killing three. A village church also collapsed. The cyclone struck Holland iaind Belgium and passed to Germany. A message from Brussels says the full force of the cyclone was felt at Lacken, Boom and Willebrolck, where houses were unroofed and tree® uprooted.
